WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Customers can avail themselves from a wide variety of withdrawal methods, depending on the country of residence. After 48 hours all withdrawals will be allocated, excluding weekends, for approved members. Any withdrawals that are requested Friday's after 3:00 GMT would be allocated on Monday.

Payments are carried out weekly.  This however does not include the time for payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

Players will be contacted by e-mail after an approval to verify all personal information and to discuss current payout options. For players to be paid they must have correct information (Email Address, Physical address, Phone numbers, E-Wallet account) and provide verification documents such as:

·         A legible photocopy of a valid ID, including picture

Our Accounting or Withdrawals Departments may need you to send in updated copies or your required documentation from time to time.
